Ok, how rude do you think this is?
I was driving by a yard sale the other day after I dropped the girls off at the babysitter. There were probably 6 or 7 cars parked along both sides of the street. As I approached the house that was having the yard sale, I saw a mother adjusting her son's pants... then... as I was getting closer I saw that the rocks right next to the mailbox were wet. She then proceeded to grab the boy's hand and walk down the driveway toward the yard sale.
Oh. my. goodness. HOW RUDE! I honestly think that I would have either driven somewhere to have the child use a public restroom or had the child go in HIS PANTS rather than have him PEE ON SOMEONE'S LANDSCAPING!
Your thoughts?
Wrapping up.

Di, when you have boys sometimes things happen that you never thought would. I do let my boys pee outside, but you're right, they are not allowed to pee on my own landscaping never mind someone else's! (They "go" at the edge of the property in the woods where nobody can see them). But you never know... maybe the Mom turned her head for a second and next thing she knew her little bugger was taking a leak! And if that's the case, if it was me, I'd do the same thing. Pull his pants up, pretend it didn't happen and move along (until later when I'd have a big reminder discussion about where you can and can NOT pee!) And of course, if the homeowner was nearby and/or saw, I would go over and apologize! But I kinda feel bad for the Mom... LOL
what are you all taling about, landscaping is the best place to pee (other than speed limit signs on the highway!0
