I have to mow the lawn? It's only March!

I wish I had taken a picture of our front lawn before I mowed today. It was terrible. It wouldn't have looked too bad if it weren't for the weeds. The grass hardly grew, the weeds did. If I had taken a before picture, it would have looked a little something like this...
ha... seriously, but less green
