2 Crafty Mamas

Today, as a lot of you probably know, was 'Dress like a cow, get a free meal' day at Chik-fil-A. Casey & I made our kids' cow costumes all by ourselves.

We painted the cow markings on white t-shirts. We printed out ears and tails and attached them to pipe cleaners. We had bells that we strung onto pipe cleaners and around their necks for cowbells. We also traced Chik-fil-A's logo to the back of the shirts. Casey has more patience - and more need for perfection :) so she colored her logo in.

We took pictures of all the kids together with Casey's camera at her house before we went and as soon as I get those I will post them. For now, here are some that I took with my camera phone while at Chik-fil-A and that I took of M & K with my camera when we got home.

Check 'em out:

Kenzie Kenzie's back
Maddy Maddy's back
the 2 girls
Casey's colored in logo on the back of Kailey's shirt. So much better.

VERY cute. Go Moms!
ps... I guess I don't live south enough to have heard about the Chick-fil-a thing... I think the closest one is about an hour drive from here, anyway, but I remember friends from IL, when they moved up here, were shocked when they learned that I had never eaten there yet at that time. I hear it's a big southern chain!
Anyway, very cute costumes. Looks like you all had fun AND got free food...score!

Adorable!! I probably would have just pasted a picture of a cow on the shirt so I think you did an amazing job!
