Well, I haven't posted in awhile for a few reasons. First of all, I can't find my darn camera to post any pictures. I haven't really "searched" for it, but I have "looked" and had no luck.
Another reason is because because Kenzie has been very sick. She had Rotavirus. Man, to see your baby throwing up for 36 hours and not be able to do anything about it... That is very difficult. I finally called the Nurse Helpline and they told me that she needed to be seen. She had probably thrown up approximately once an hour for a day and a half. They did their typical checks and pricked her finger for a blood sample to check her electrolytes. She was a little dehydrated but nothing that they were concerned about. They gave her a suppository of Tylenol (so she wouldn't throw it up) and a suppository of an anti-vomit medication (I don't remember the name of that). That medicine seemed to work since she hadn't vomited for about 24 hours... til this afternoon. It just happened to be in the car. Do y'all remember my post about cleaning a carseat? She was sleeping and coughing and then all of a sudden... *barf*
With K being so sick I haven't slept much lately and she has been very clingy therefore, I haven't been able to do much of anything without her on my hip or laying across my lap.
So that's what has been going on here lately.... I hope all is well with y'all!
Wrapping up.

I TOTALLY understand what you're going through and I'm feeling SO bad for you b/c it is such a nightmare. We all had the same virus that lasted 10 days total, with all 5 of us rotating/overlapping barfing, etc. It was horrible. I'll pray she'll get better and that it doesn't spread somehow!
Thank you. Maddy has had an occasional bout of the virus; she has thrown up 3 times, but in a week. Very strange. She took 2 naps yesterday and still was asleep by her normal time. Very strange. Luckily that's it, and hopefully Peter and I won't catch it. I can't imagine the whole family having it, God bless you.
